Return & Refund Policy


The deadline for return is 7 days from the date on which you received the products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of return, you can contact us with your decision by means of a clear statement. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email:

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


  • The products were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The products are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:


  • On sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

  • The products are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Food, litters, sanitary goods, toys, health and personal care items were not suitable for return due to health protection

  • Pre-ordered items can not be exchanged or returned due to customer circumstances such as if the size does not fit after purchase or I don't like the color etc. 

  • Please be sure to check the size before purchasing. If you have any concerns about the size or product, please contact us before purchasing.


We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same method of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping Cost


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the products at the address we provided. 


We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
